Rental Requirements
Transparency from day one. Please review the following requirements before reserving — every renter must meet these criteria.
Minimum Age 21+
Primary driver must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID required at pickup.
Valid Driver's License
U.S. or international driver's license valid for the entire rental period. License must have been held for a minimum of 2 years.
Full Coverage Insurance
Renter must provide proof of full-coverage auto insurance — including comprehensive, collision and liability — with the rental vehicle listed.
$1,000 Refundable Deposit
A $1,000 security deposit is required on every rental, held on a credit or debit card and refunded within 3–5 business days after return.
Credit or Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard, or American Express in the renter's name. Cash is not accepted for the deposit.
Return with Full Tank
Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of premium fuel. A refueling fee plus market rate applies if returned otherwise.
Daily Mileage
Includes 100 miles per day. Additional miles billed at $5/mile for exotics and $2/mile for luxury vehicles.
Showroom-Ready Detailing
Every vehicle is professionally detailed inside and out before each rental — delivered showroom-fresh and returned the same way.

Signed Agreement at Pickup
A simple rental agreement is signed at pickup so everything is clear and protected for both sides.
Texas Driving Area
Our vehicles are reserved for the great state of Texas. Planning a trip out of state? Just ask — we're happy to discuss.
Street Driving Only
Track days, racing, and off-road driving are not permitted, as they fall outside our insurance coverage.
Tickets & Tolls
Renters cover any traffic citations, tolls, or parking tickets received during the rental, plus a $250 admin fee per incident.
Flexible Cancellations
Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is retained to cover preparation.
On-Time Returns
Returning on time keeps the next guest happy. Late returns are billed at 1.5× the hourly rate, capped at one full day.
Authorized Drivers Only
Only drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle — this keeps your insurance coverage valid.
Right to Refuse Service
Optimum Exotics reserves the right to decline or end any rental at our discretion to protect our guests and fleet.
